The Boxing show of Roy Jones Jr. will be held in Russia in Yekaterinburg
According to the press service Of the RMK Academy of martial arts in Yekaterinburg, “Roy Jones Jr. boxing Russia” and the corresponding trademark were registered in Russia two weeks ago. Yekaterinburg will be the first city to host this tournament in Russia. It will be held in the Ural capital on December 7 2019.
It is expected that the show can only be seen on the UFC Fight Pass platform, with which the boxer has been working for more than a year. Thus, the December RJJ tournament in Yekaterinburg will be the first Russian event to be shown on the popular streaming service.
It is already known that the title fight of the tournament will be a duel between Russian heavyweight Alexey Yegorov and Ukrainian Sergey Radchenko.
It is not yet known whether the rights to broadcast the show will be sold to one of the Russian channels.
The Russian partner of the legendary boxer is the RMK Academy of martial arts in Yekaterinburg, which has been a platform for Russian Copper Company events for a year and a half.
